What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item was sent via freight or white glove as indicated by an oversized or white glove charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return
How long will it take to get my orders?
In Stock & Ready To Ship items: We try to ship them within 2 to 5 business days. During high volume periods, ie; sales and holidays, order processing times may increase. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Some of our items are made-to-order, which means each piece will be individually manufactured after your order is placed. With increased demand, our production process takes approximately 3-10 weeks. Please refer to each product for independent expected delivery times. Variations in lead times are dependent on production and production cannot be expedited. Rush shipping may be available upon request for specific items. Please speak with your rep to discuss product availability or reach out to sales@miashomecollection.com for additional options and pricing.
What is White Glove Deliveries?
Home Delivery( Bay Area Only) usually includes our premium White Glove Service - items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice — and are then unpacked and fully assembled.
Do you ship internationally? Or to Hawaii or Alaska?
Not at this time. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states, although we do hope to expand our delivery range overseas in the future.
