This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Mia's Home Collection. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with the quality and condition of our products.

2. Product Inspection Upon Receipt

Customers are encouraged to inspect all items upon delivery. If any issues related to quality or condition are identified, this policy outlines the procedure for returns and exchanges.

3. Return Policy for Candles and Decorative Items

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process: Upon successful return and inspection of the item, a refund or credit will be issued, including applicable taxes in compliance with state law.
  • Initiating a Return: To start the return process, customers should submit a claim via the Company’s claims page.

4. Refund Details

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
  • Order Cancellations: Full refunds are available if an order is canceled within 48 hours of placement.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items.
  • Exchange Process: Customers should submit a claim for exchange on the Company’s claims page.

6. Furniture Return Guidelines

  • Notification Period: Customers must notify the Company within 7 days of delivery for returns or store credits.
  • Return Deadline: Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be the original purchase price minus shipping costs and a restocking fee starting at 20%.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

7. Special Provisions for White Glove Service or In-Home Delivery

  • Reporting Period: Report any issues within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Post-Delivery Support: Options for repair, replacement, or return will be provided.
  • Manufacturer's Warranty: Defects discovered post-72 hours may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

8. Additional Charges

  • Return Pickup Fees: Applicable for items returned from the customer’s home.
  • Non-Refundable Delivery Fees: Initial delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for cash or check purchases are processed within ten business days; credit card refunds within three business days.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Items not eligible for return include:

  • On-Sale items
  • "Make to Order" items
  • Floor models
  • Items assembled by the customer

10. Starting a Return or Exchange

Visit the Company’s Claims page to initiate a return or exchange. A customer service representative will follow up within 24-48 hours.

11. Policy Limitations

  • One-Time Use: Limited to one return or exchange per household, per order.
  • Finalization Period: Return or exchange details must be finalized within 10 business days of initiation.
  • Condition Restrictions: Items which cause by customer's personal fault, either altered, damaged, scratched, or stained are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Color Disclaimer

    • Due to monitor settings variations, we are not responsible for discrepancies between actual product color and screen representations.
    • Manufacturer descriptions of merchandise, including color and texture, are not under the responsibility of Mia's Home Staging. Discrepancies are not deemed defects unless verified by the manufacturer.
  • Rug Variations

    • Variations in weave, fiber size, color, and overall size (up to 2-3 inches) are inherent characteristics and not considered manufacturing defects.
